Welcome to San Francisco Toyota!
San Francisco Toyota has recently celebrated our 40th Anniversary in San Francisco. Founded by Robert Reynolds in 1966, San Francisco Toyota is owned today by John Horton and business partner Doug Donnellan. Mr. Horton began his career at San Francisco Toyota in 1971 as a Lot Porter, moving vehicles around the dealership and making sure that they were delivered in perfect condition to their new owners. It has always been our goal to serve San Francisco with the utmost care and integrity. We believe in building our business from repeat customers and referrals.
We give all the credit of our success to "the greatest team of associates" here at San Francisco Toyota. Our team concentrates on the customers' expectations of what a new or pre-owned sales experience should be today. Another focus is how our customers' vehicles will be continuously serviced and well maintained during their ownership. We believe in "Kaizen" which means CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT in Japanese. We train our associates to live up to the "Toyota Standards" of excellent customer care. Thanks to our customers, for the second year in a row, we were recently awarded with the coveted 2006 Toyota President's Award. It's one of the highest honors for a Toyota Dealership. It's also a symbol of our continuing dedication to satisfying our customers - from the day that you buy a Toyota and for as long as you own it.
In order to qualify as a President's Award winner, dealerships must excel in each of a series of categories, including customer sales satisfaction and customer service satisfaction. It is a very high honor a dealership can receive from Toyota and is only awarded to those dealerships who have demonstrated a commitment to maintaining Toyota's high standards for excellent customer satisfaction. We are very honored of this accomplishment.
Not only do we strive for excellent customer satisfaction, but we also believe in giving back to our local community that has helped us reach our success. We've supported local bay area schools with several different events. We have also donated vehicles to several community foundations including SAGE, a non-profit organization supported by our Mayor Gavin Newsom and to the San Francisco Pride Organization. We are the official car sponsor for the San Francisco Pride Organization. Our donation to SF Pride benefits the San Francisco LGBT Center and Aids Emergency Foundation.
