General Description
San Francisco Toyota Assistant Service Manager (ASM) is expected to be the primary service interface with our customers. The ASM will consult with customers seeking maintenance and/or repair while achieving outlined service sales objectives. They also ensure that the customer's need are met and maintenance and/or repairs are fulfilled at the level of quality and timeliness expected by the dealership. The ASM will also assist customers with any issues that may arise.

General Description
San Francisco Toyota Service Technician functions as a skilled-level technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs in all areas, in addition to being specialized in particular areas of repair, and who has previously worked as a B Class general service technician. They are to work closely with the Service Team to ensure all customers are completely satisfied with their visit to San Francisco Toyota.
